Workshop: Moves Management in CiviCRM

Discovery and analysis of the ways Chorus America is using CiviCRM for Moves Management. Using a less structured, iterative, and interactive process, identify workflows which need improvement and optimize how CA staff utilizes the available tools in CiviCRM to achieve their Moves Management goals.

Objective: Discovery and analysis of the ways Chorus America is using CiviCRM for Moves Management. Using a less structured, iterative, and interactive process, identify workflows which need improvement and optimize how CA staff utilizes the available tools in CiviCRM to achieve their Moves Management goals.

  • Be able to design a campaign with meaningful data collection and actionable analysis.

  • Use search and Reports to target and appeal to segments of contacts.

CiviCRM for Moves Management

  • How to identify and mark (tag, group, etc.) contacts as a certain "level" or "type" of donor.
  • How to track communications with each donor that attempt to "move" them into a new "level" or "type" of donor.
  • How to change their identification or level or type.
  • Reporting.
