CMS Directories and Settings

Each chapter is a drupal site, so each chapter will keep it's writable files in subfolder of /sites.

The normal drupal settings.php is replaced by a custom file that merely includes two files. It includes the site-specific instance.settings.php. It also includes a shared settings file that contains the usual settings.php statements: /sites/default/common.settings.php.

Permissions

Permissions may be set or re-set using the multisite tool: /var/www/dev.israelscouts.org/utils/fis_multisite_tools/setfacls (https://github.com/ginkgostreet/fis_multisite_tools/blob/master/setfacls). Currently, it does not follow the pattern of being able to specify an environment identifier. Configure the environment by passing the variable for the "project root": PROOT=/var/www/dev.israelscouts.org utils/fis_multisite_tools/setfacls
